Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Parnasala products are sealed, perishable food items. For food-safety and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect ordering. This is in line with standard practice for packaged-food brands in India.

When we replace or refund

We will gladly replace your item or issue a refund if, on delivery, the product is:

damaged, leaking or broken in transit;
expired or past its best-before date;
incorrect — different from what you ordered;
defective due to a genuine manufacturing or packaging fault.

How to raise a claim

Report within 48 hours of delivery.
Share a clear unboxing video (strongly recommended) plus photographs of the product, the issue, and the batch / label.
Email or WhatsApp us with your order number.

Claims raised after 48 hours, or without supporting evidence, may not be accepted. Items must be unused and in original packaging with the seal and label intact.

Resolution

Once verified, we will replace the item free of cost or, where replacement is not possible, refund the amount paid for the affected item. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; bank or gateway timelines may add a few days.

Order cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Prepaid amounts for orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.

What is not covered

Change of mind, wrong item ordered, or dislike of taste / aroma.
Products that are opened, used, or have a broken seal — unless the fault was ours.
Claims without an order number or beyond the 48-hour window.
