Shipping & Delivery

This policy explains how Parnasala (a brand of Aanathi Industries Pvt. Ltd.) processes, ships and delivers your order. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Where we ship

We ship across India to all serviceable pincodes, and to select international destinations. Serviceability and shipping cost for your address are confirmed at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
You will receive a tracking link by email / SMS / WhatsApp once your order ships.

Delivery timelines

Within India, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro and Tier-1 cities are typically faster; remote pincodes may take longer. International delivery timelines vary by destination and customs clearance. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or events beyond our control.

Shipping charges

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹599 within India. For orders below ₹599, a small delivery charge applies and is shown at checkout before you pay. Any promotional codes are also applied at checkout.

International orders

For international destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Payment

We accept prepaid payments only — UPI, debit / credit cards, net-banking and wallets via a secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

Failed or undelivered deliveries

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient being unavailable across attempts, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping will attract actual courier charges. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate.

Damaged or tampered packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery where possible and notify us within 48 hours with photographs. See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy.
