Products & information

We sell packaged food products. We make every effort to display product details, ingredients, weights and images accurately; however, packaging and formulations may occasionally change. On-screen colours and pack imagery are indicative. Always read the label on the physical product before use.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept prepaid payments via a secure third-party gateway. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order and may limit quantities. An order is confirmed once payment is received and we send confirmation. We may cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or delivery to a non-serviceable area, with a full refund.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Acceptable use & intellectual property

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use our content without permission. All trademarks, logos, text, recipes and imagery are the property of Aanathi Industries Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied without written consent.

Food safety & allergens

Our products are made in facilities that handle spices, lentils, peanuts, sesame and other allergens. If you have allergies, read the label and consult us before purchase. Products are intended for culinary use as directed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
