How your order travels.
Timelines below are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather and events beyond our control can move them.
- Where we ship
- Across India to all serviceable pincodes. Serviceability is confirmed at checkout.
- Dispatch
- Usually within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery window
- 3–7 business days from dispatch within India. Metro and Tier-1 cities are typically faster; remote pincodes may take longer.
- Shipping charge
- Free shipping across India, with no minimum order value.
- Tracking
- A tracking link is sent by email once your order ships.
- International
- Paused for now. We are shipping within India only while the first orders go out, and will announce when international opens.
We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India, with free shipping and no minimum order value. Add a tin to your cart and this becomes a live check against your pincode; either way, serviceability is confirmed at checkout.

Storage and shelf life below are exactly what is printed on your tin.
Moisture is the only real enemy of a podi. A wet spoon is what turns a good tin. Batch and best-before dates are printed on every pack.
Refuse delivery where possible, and notify us within 48 hours with photographs. An unboxing video makes a claim much easier to settle.

Sealed food. Honest exceptions.
Parnasala products are sealed, perishable food items, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference or incorrect ordering. Where the fault is ours, we fix it.
- When we replace or refund
- Damaged, leaking or broken in transit; expired or past its best-before date; incorrect — different from what you ordered; or defective due to a genuine manufacturing or packaging fault.
- What isn't covered
- Change of mind, wrong item ordered, or dislike of taste or aroma. Products that are opened, used or have a broken seal — unless the fault was ours. Claims without an order number or beyond the 48-hour window.
- How to raise a claim
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. Share an unboxing video (strongly recommended) plus photographs of the product, the issue, and the batch / label.
- Refund timeline
- Once verified, we replace the item free of cost, or refund the amount paid for the affected item to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank or gateway timelines may add a few days.
- Cancelling an order
- You can cancel before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible; the amount paid is refunded in full. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Do you deliver to my pincode?
We ship across India to all serviceable pincodes. Use the pincode checker above for an indicative answer — final serviceability is confirmed at checkout. We are not shipping outside India at the moment.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
No. Cash on Delivery is not available at this time. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net-banking and wallets.
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, and delivered in 3–7 business days from dispatch within India. Metro and Tier-1 cities are typically faster; remote pincodes may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Do I pay for shipping?
Not within India. Shipping is free across India, with no minimum order value. International shipping is paused for now — we will announce when it opens.
How do I store a podi, and how long does it keep?
Pantry, not the fridge. Use a dry spoon. Shelf life is 6 months from packing; the batch and best-before dates are printed on every pack.
Do your podis contain peanuts or sesame?
It differs by podi, and the full ingredient list for each one is in the table above. Palli Podi is peanut-based. Idli Kaaram Podi contains sesame seeds. Separately, every pack carries the statement: Made in a facility that also handles peanuts and sesame.
Can I return a podi if I don't like it?
No. Parnasala products are sealed, perishable food items, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference or incorrect ordering. We will replace or refund an item that arrives damaged, leaking or broken in transit, is expired, is incorrect, or is defective due to a genuine manufacturing or packaging fault — reported within 48 hours of delivery.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank or gateway timelines may add a few days.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, before it is dispatched — contact us as soon as possible and the amount paid is refunded in full. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
